Job Description:

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for high-quality cuisine?

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our client in west c. of Ireland culinary team in star class hotels and restaurants.

Requirements_ The ideal Candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills
• In order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit. Please review the Eligibility and requirements for an employment permit if you are unsure of your eligibility to apply for this vacancy
