Your tasks as a CAR RENTAL AGENT:
- You provide the best service to our national and international customers at the airport
- You prepare the rental agreement for our high class and modern fleet
- You advise on and up-sell vehicles and optional extras according to the customer’s needs
- You ensure an excellent customer experience while adhering to our service standards
- You coordinate and schedule our premium carpool
- You complete daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Requirements:
Your profile
- You are service oriented and enjoy being in a client-facing role
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar service-focused role (e.g. retail, hotel, customer care, front desk, cabin crew, automobile salesman etc.)
- You are not only confident and sales-oriented but you can also convince with your charm
- Even during challenging times, you keep calm and act in an organized and responsible manner
- You speak excellent English, ideally you can communicate in German as well hard skills
- Completed vocational training or practical experience (ideally in the field of sales, service or tourism).
- excellent knowledge of English!
- Willingness for shift work, also on weekends & holidays (night shift if necessary)
