About us:
We are a family-run farm in the Weserbergland region. Our family and our team give their best every day for our 1300 cows, which are spread over seven different locations and produce around 41,000 liters of milk per day. Our services also include the management of two biogas plants, several PV systems, 300 hectares of grassland and 900 hectares of arable land, where we sow, cultivate and harvest cereals, rapeseed, maize and grass with many years of experience and great passion.

Your tasks:

• Varied and adapted to your requirements
• From stable work (e.g. feeding or milking) to outdoor work (e.g. soil cultivation, fertilizing or harvesting)

Agricultural machinery/commercial vehicle mechatronics technicians, agricultural service specialists and fitters are also welcome to send us an application!

You are:

• Resilient
• Willing to perform
• Reliable
• Motivated and interested in agriculture and all its tasks
• Able to work in a team and want to learn and develop something together with us
• Speak at least A2 level German
• A country bumpkin” and love the Weserbergland
• Ready to learn new things
• Ideally you have a driver"s license (B or T or CE)

Conditions:

• Full-time (40 h/week); work also on weekends and public holidays; working hours by arrangement within the team, depending in particular on the weather and the milking processes
• Payment according to the collective agreement for agriculture in Lower Saxony: helpers from euros 13.00/hour, skilled workers from euros 15.00/hour
• Permanent employment
