Audiologist at Veritas Hearing Malta located in Saint Julian"s, Malta.
Role:
- The Audiologist will be responsible for assessing patients" hearing and balance function, providing recommendations for hearing aids and assistive listening devices, conducting hearing aid fittings and adjustments, and providing counselling on hearing loss and communication strategies. The Audiologist will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in audiology.
Requirements:
- BSc Audiology degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience with hearing aid fittings, adjustments and rehabilitation of adults and paediatrics.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with tinnitus management is a plus.
- Full International Driving License.
Training provided:
- Full training will be provided for the successful candidate to integrate into a busy clinic.
Benefits:
- Salary euros30,000 to euros35,000 per annum + commission. As well as a basis salary there is a very competitive commission structure as well as staff discounts on the company products.
- Assistance with accommodation/relocation: for the successful candidate 50% of the initial flight costs and 50% of the first month’s rent will be provided.
