Bartender Responsibilities
- Craft and serve beverages of impeccable quality that delight our guests and match our standards.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Follow all food and beverage safety regulations.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of cocktail menus.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a bartending role or a similar position
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative flair for developing new cocktail recipes
- Strong understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.
- 3-5 years experience of working as a Bartender
- Language at least basic English.
Conditions:
- Employments starts from November 2024, Full time contract
- Salary is according to Swedish collective agreement
- Payment by the hour is about 158,03 SEK or 27 339 SEK per month
- Additional pay for evening hours (from 22,83 SEK/h) and vacation compensation (12,73%)
- Accommodation: Rent for shared accommodation 2500 SEK/month
