The ideal candidate will be:
Passionate and knowledgeable about Italian food
Experienced as a á la carte chef, or very experienced as a chef de partie
Organized and able to effectively follow instructions from head chef & sous chef
Well organized & good communicator
Able to work under pressure
Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
Ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen are met

Full-time, Summer season (May-October)
Chef Salary: 2500euros Sous chef salary: 3100euros
Accommodation: available at a cost of 500euros
