Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Head Chef & Sous Chefs with the overall running of the kitchen.
- To contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality
- To prepare and properly garnish all food orders as they are received in accordance with menu specifications, insuring proper plate presentation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie within a food service environment,
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Have a passion and genuine interest in food.
- Be a team player.
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
- Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public
- holidays
- Good command of the English language.
