Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Head Chef & Sous Chefs with the overall running of the kitchen.
  • To contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality
  • To prepare and properly garnish all food orders as they are received in accordance with menu specifications, insuring proper plate presentation
  • Others

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie within a food service environment,
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a passion and genuine interest in food.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
  • Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public
  • holidays
  • Good command of the English language.

Working conditions

  • Permanent position
