Tasks


Food preparation and cooking of starters, main dishes, desserts, cold and hot buffets, pastries etc. Everything from
Swedish"s classical dishes to á la carte and banquets are served. The kitchen"s focus is on Swedish cuisine with
influences from the Mediterranean cuisine.


Personal profile and skills

  • You have at least 3 years work experience from work as a chef, are genuinely interested in cooking.
  • You enjoy teamwork and a positive contribution of the group is important, while you have the ability to work independently.
  • You are a careful and prudent person who is accustomed to work in a fast pace.
  • You must be able to speak and understand English or Swedish.

Work schedule and contract type

  • The position applies full time work. Working hours are varied scheduled for daytime, evening, and weekends.
  • Employment is seasonal from June - August 2026.
  • Salary: Monthly individual salary depending on experience, but between 2600 - 2900 Euro. In addition to salary, you also get paid for working inconvenient hours.

Accommodation
There is no accommodation directly at the hotel but there is opportunity for apartment in the village Nissafors 2 km from the hotel. There are several larger villages that have apartments or houses within 20 km, but it requires a car.
