Icehotel are an annual and world-unique art project of snow and ice from the Torne River devoted to life-enriching experiences living with nature arranging close-to-nature activities and culinary food experiences in collaboration with carefully selected subcontractors.
The business consists of three restaurants: Ice Restaurant, Restaurant Veranda and Hembygdsgården.

The job position

• The kitchen staff is also responsible for the food that is served outside on our tours and events, which means that there is sometimes high pressure interspersed with periods of calm.
• A heart for locally produced products and use nature as a kitchen and pantry.

Requirements

• At least a few years" experience as a chef, meritorious is that you have longer experience in managing breakfast buffets, chef table and/or á la carte.
• Otherwise, a genuine interest in food, an ability to work in a team and a desire to complete the work with energy and positivity.

Working conditions

• Salary from 27000 to 32000 SEK gross/monthly depending on experience.
• Working hours: Full time.
• Permanent employment and seasonal employment.
• We provide accomodation.
