Hotell Borgholm is a small gastronomic hotel located on the Baltic island Öland in south Sweden.
Chefs: Baiker & Pastry Chef.
- We now hiring experienced baker and pastry chefs for the unit to take care of the daily production of classic french pastry and bakery such as croissant, levain breads, baguettes, tartelettes, macaron, brioche eclairs etc.
- The bakery also serves lunch with toasts, tarte flambees, filled sandwiches, etc.
- Job opportunity from may until October and housing is arranged by the hotel with nearby apartments.
Waiter/Somelier:
- We are now hiring experienced waiters and sommelier for both fine dining restaurant as well as the bistro.
- You need to have a passion for service and gastronomy and the experience from similar jobs before. Housing is organized in the city.
