Food & beverage manager Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve.

We want you to:

  • Responsible for the execution of conference services, events, kitchen, restaurant and bar operations.
  • Focus dining room and concept development/results in close collaboration with the respective person responsible for the best total Revenue.
  • Goal 1: manage, organize, schedule, train/develop the staff to be fully export-ready with priority on the overall experience.
  • Goal 2: is that the business should generate 5-10% operating net before depreciation in step 1.
  • Build further on the wine program.
  • Responsible for financial follow-up, reporting, process description and budget within the area of responsibility.
  • Actively work for increased sustainability within the company"s various processes.
  • Be responsible for developing Eriksberg"s food and beverage vision.
  • Have good collaboration skills, a forward-thinking/likes change work and is a very good communicator internally and externally.
  • You communicate both verbally and in text fluently in Swedish and English, more languages are advantageous.

Conditions:

  • Flexible working hours where you set up your time based on the company"s needs.
  • IPermanent position with a trial period. Starting as soon as possible.
