Food & beverage manager Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve.
We want you to:
- Responsible for the execution of conference services, events, kitchen, restaurant and bar operations.
- Focus dining room and concept development/results in close collaboration with the respective person responsible for the best total Revenue.
- Goal 1: manage, organize, schedule, train/develop the staff to be fully export-ready with priority on the overall experience.
- Goal 2: is that the business should generate 5-10% operating net before depreciation in step 1.
- Build further on the wine program.
- Responsible for financial follow-up, reporting, process description and budget within the area of responsibility.
- Actively work for increased sustainability within the company"s various processes.
- Be responsible for developing Eriksberg"s food and beverage vision.
- Have good collaboration skills, a forward-thinking/likes change work and is a very good communicator internally and externally.
- You communicate both verbally and in text fluently in Swedish and English, more languages are advantageous.
