TRABAJADORES /AS FORESTALES: forest workers/tree planting
Requirements:
- Good physical condition,
- Can work alone and in group (usually a group of 4).
- Driving license is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of a foreign language is not a requirement.
Conditions:
- Health insurance
- Work clothes and work equipment
- Help to get a Swedish Coordination number, a training, telephone and car in the service.
- Salary: it is based on the number of plants planted the price per plant is.
- 0.72 SEK for a small plant, 0.82 SEK for a small plant in ungrounded soil
- 1.1 SEK for a large plant, 1.2 SEK for a large plant in ungrounded soil
- 1.5 SEK for a planting of a large plant, 0.9 SEK for a planting of a small plant
- In case of replanting or difficult rocky ground, there is the possibility to work per hour at an hourly price of SEK 127.97.
- Working hours: full time, at least 40 hours per week, but can be done on weekends or more than 8 hours per day if desired.
- Holyday: 13% holiday
- The tax base in Sweden for seasonal workers is 25%.
- Type of contract: seasonal employment agreement, from March 18th -July 19th but if both sides are satisfied, a long-term collaboration is possible.
- Accommodation: is provided by the company, the rent is deducted directly from the salary and is SEK 100-120 per person per night.
