Essential requirements:
Experiencia:
- Previous experience in construction, preferably in civil engineering, reinforced concrete, formwork, masonry or carpentry.
- Ability to work safely on a large construction site.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team and adapt to site requirements.
- Basic ability to read plans/drawings, especially for formworkers.
- For Team Leaders: minimum 5 years’ experience in the specialty and previous experience leading or coordinating workers.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden.
Desirable requirements:
Experiencia:
- Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects
- Experience with prefabricated elements, reinforcement and concrete works
- Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE requirements and quality standards.
- Formación: Professional training or diploma in construction, formwork, masonry, reinforced concrete, carpentry or equivalent.
- Idiomas: Basic English and/or French
