Job description:
- Building and maintaining a diverse and reliable supplier base across different regions.
- Sourcing newness from existing suppliers.
- Creating and enforcing supplier agreements, including terms and conditions.
- Overseeing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and rush production if necessary.
- Keeping control that our suppliers deliver on time.
- Overseeing the replenishment buying carried out by the Buying Assistant and mentoring them effectively.
- Collaborating on product innovation initiatives with the CPO and Product team.
Required: Be a great fit if you:
- Have a bachelor"s degree and +4 years in procurement/buying roles.
- Are strategic, detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead.
- Excel in building strong relationships and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Are driven, ambitious, and ready to grow with us.
Training provided:
- Onboarding training will be imparted in Malta/ Germany. It will last 3-6 months.
