Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare: level 5 qualification in QQI or level 7 in Social care,
- Fluency in English
- EU citizen
- Be fully Reliable/Dependable- Available for evenings and weekends.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence and Use of vehicle is essential

Responsibilities of the role:
- Provide high standards of emotional, social and personal care to clients.
- Accurate record-keeping and writing detailed reports
- Continuous training and upskilling applicable to the role
- Implement the client"s care plan.
- Provide practical and emotional support to clients in a professional manner
- Travelling to and from Clients houses to provide personal care
