You and the role:
- We are looking for passionate, driven, and hands-on hospitality leaders who are eager to make an impact in a high-energy, fast-growing restaurant group. As part of our leadership team, you will play acrucial role in shaping the guest experience, leading dynamic teams, and driving operational excellence in high-volume, full à la carte restaurants.
Available Leadership Roles:
- Bar Manager Oversee bar operations, manage stock, develop cocktail menus, and lead a team of 10+ bartenders.
- Assistant General Manager Support restaurant operations, coach FOH teams, and ensure smooth service for 400 + guests.
- General Manager Take full ownership of a restaurant, lead a team of 20-40, and drive financial & operational success.
Working conditions:
- Best on the market salary of 3500-4500 euro monthly + tips.
- Average of 40 hours a week.
