- We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse assistants to join Mowlam Healthcare.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care according to residents" care plans.
- Understand residents" needs and provide companionship.
- Assist with mobility and personal hygiene, ensuring dignity.
- Support residents with eating, drinking, and achieving comfort.
- Participate in and help organise social activities.
- Maintain effective communication with families and colleagues.
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
Requisitos:
- Healthcare or social care qualification, or relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate through English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and observation skills.
- A professional, caring, and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Condiciones del puesto:
- Contract & benefits:
- Type: Full-time, permanent.
- Shifts: Day and night (flexibility required).
- Salary: euros13.50 - euros14.50 per hour (based on experience).
