Job Descrption
The operational manager will be responsible for all organisational, administrative and operational areas, especially:
- Preparation of offers, calculation,
- Production planning and control, quality assurance
- Business development
He/she will also be responsible for:
- Individual and independent work according to technical drawings
- Active sales of our products
- Regular coordination with the headquarters and the subsidiaries of the group
Requirements:
- Specific Skills
- High level of communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Hands-on mentality
- Required training and experience
- Technical background, e.g. as a process mechanic specialising in plastics technology and rubber technology with an additional qualification as a master or technician or comparable qualification with knowledge of production, production planning and control, preferably with additional commercial qualification
- Languages: high Spanish and English. German language will be valued.
- Experience in one of the following areas: Pipeline, equipment and tank construction, or FRP
- Experience on construction sites as well as site management or supervision experience
Conditions:
- Salario:3.200euros to 5.500euros gross/month.
- Permanent contract (6 month probation period)
- Working hours: 40 hours/week
- Holidays: 30 days/year
