What we’re looking for
We are looking for a senior software development manager, to focus on coordinating and growing our development team. We would like this person to focus on establishing processes and infrastructure for developing and deploying high quality software applications.
Skills
- Candidates with a PMP certification are preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
- Certification in the areas of cyber security or information technology security,
- Proactive, dynamic and with good analytical / conceptual thinking
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills, presentation skills
- An excellent communicator with influencing skills at all levels
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Scrum added advantage
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues pertaining to computer and server hardware, as well as C and C++
- Develops and implements project plan, or sub-element of a project, including cost, schedule, risk and performance for new software product introduction or continuation
