Job Shift electrician
Yours Tasks
- Reporting to the team leader (shift leader), you will perform the following duties:
- Monitoring electrical installations directly related to reactor safety at voltages ranging from 12 V to 20 kV and on all generations of equipment
- Others
Qualifications / Experience:
- You have a Level 3/4/5 qualification (e.g. NVQ level 3, BTEC HNC/HND or equivalent) in a technical field such as electrical engineering, industrial control and automatic regulation, electronics, automation, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
- Five years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial or nuclear setting or equivalent is desirable.
- You are recognised for your meticulous approach (particularly in following instructions), adaptability, composure and ability to work within a regulatory framework.
- Our research institute is unique in the world, so you must have an appetite for learning new skills.
- A good sense of teamwork, with an ability to fit in, communicate and cooperate, is essential.
- A good level of English would be an advantage.
