Job description

• Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Social Care professionals to join a reputable service supporting young people in Cavan, Galway, Sligo.
• We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the service"s day-to-day running.

Requirements

• Essential
• Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 0
• Minimum Qualification:Level 7 (incl Diploma & Ordinary Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Psychology)
• Driving Licence: None
• Languages: English C1-Advanced

• Desirable
• Ability Skills: Communications, Personal/Social Care
• Competency Skills: Collaboration, Initiative, Leadership
• Specialising In: challenging behavior

Working conditions:

• 40 hrs per week
• Salary from 38,000euros to 42,000euros
• 1200 accommodation reimbursement
• 100euros flight ticket
