Sinensis Tech, select 3 TELEPHONE OPERATORS to work in a contact center in Mallorca to
provide telephone support to Web Hosting company for the German market.
Functions:

• To answer in German, via telephone, email or chat, to the doubts that webhosting customers may have.
• To advise customers about other products or services.

Requirements:

• School Graduate.
• Level C2 of German.

It’s offered:

• Permanent contract since January 2024.
• Salary: 17.900euros gross/year.
• 39h/week in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday and timetable between 8:00 to 22:00h.
• Possibility of teleworking.

Work place:
Mallorca (Balearic Islands).
