Requirements:
- Active certification as BCaBA / QASP-S.
- Minimum 2 years of certification and post-certification experience.
- Ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated competence in conducting standardized behavioural assessments and designing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Excellent data collection, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in working collaboratively with parents and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and evidence-based practice standards.
- Ability to implement basic safety and response procedures in the event of a seizure.
