Apprenticeship as a professional driver (m/f/d)
Your areas of responsability
- Your training vehicles will be vehicle combinations and articulated vehicles of class CE with a minimum length of 16 meters or vehicles of class D with a minimum length of 11.80 meters.
- You will then learn how to drive these over public roads not only safely, but also economically.
- You will not only be on German roads, so an important part of the training is to get to know the legal regulations at home and abroad
Your requirements / Your profile
- For training as a professional driver, you should be responsible and reliable
- If you travel a lot on foreign roads, a good knowledge of English will help you.
- You are in possession of the B car/minibus driving licence (formerly: FS 3)
- You should have at least a lower secondary school leaving certificate
- You should have at least German language level B1
What to expect
- The training to become a professional driver lasts three years and takes place both at the vocational school and in the training company.
- Familiarization with the functioning of the vehicles
- Introduction to safety guidelines: freight, cargo unloading, hazard protection in the event of accidents, etc.
- Learning how to plan trips according to economic aspects, preparing invoices, documenting services.
- A collective agreement applies to the filling of the vacancy.
